One must wonder why we have been here so very long and yet nothing has been asked of us. No money, no efforts, surely the point isn't to irritate everyone to death. Then again, why else leave everyone here with little news nearing on three months.

How precisely is this all supposed to function? I've seen shopkeepers, bartenders, servants, but nothing wizard-related. Healers? Mediwitches? Potions masters? Has this not been considered? Surely these are not the only essential services.
One also does wonder whether the lion is correct.

How incredibly exciting, a ball. My, I wonder what colour will suit me best.
I sincerely hope the announcement will take place early in the evening, as Salazar knows half of the attendees will be fairly inebriated by the end of the night. It should at the very least be highly entertaining.
Come to think of it, couldn't the almighty King change the weather? We were half-way done with winter, only to land straight back in October; if we're stuck here, it may as well be better than back home.

There is something to be said for time-travel, or whatever one might consider this event to be; one would hardly have expected to see so many bloody idiots such an array of personalities in one location.
Perhaps this can be utilised to advertise connections? Specifically, I would hope to find my wife, Pansy or our child. Though having searched through the current entries there appear to be few names I wish to recognize.
